Swissmed Health is looking for a skilled Front Office Receptionist to join our dynamic medical clinic team in Limassol.
As a Front Office Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of our clinic and ensuring a smooth experience for our valued patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage appointment scheduling and assist with patient registration.
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information about clinic services.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Handle financial transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing the cash register.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Front Office or Customer Services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software.
• Fluency in both Greek and English is a must.
