Household supervisor & family assistant in larnaca

We are seeking a professional and highly organized female Household Supervisor & Family Assistant to oversee household operations, support childcare, and occasionally provide safe and reliable transportation for our family in Larnaca. This multi-faceted role involves supervising household staff (currently one maid, potentially more in the future), spending time with two young children, managing household needs, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with general errands and driving responsibilities, ensuring a smooth-running household. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a warm, welcoming family in a supportive and dynamic household environment.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise household staff, ensuring duties are performed efficiently and to a high standard.• Identify and address maintenance or repair needs, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.• Order groceries and other household supplies to maintain a fully stocked home.• Safely transport children (aged 1.5 and 5 years) to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed. • Run errands for the family as needed (groceries, appointments, etc.).• Ensure family vehicles are clean, organized, and in good working condition. • Ensure the cars are fueled and ready to use, with gas money provided.• Assist with other family-related tasks as required during working hours. Requirements:• Valid driver’s license.• Clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.• Minimum 5 years of driving experience in Cyprus.• At least 3 years of experience working with children or in a family setting. • At least 2 years of experience managing household staff or similar responsibilities.• Fluent in English.• Friendly, reliable, and able to build rapport with children.• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.• Flexibility and willingness to assist with family needs as required.Compensation:Competitive salary offered: €1,200 - €1,700/month based on experience.If you are a responsible, proactive individual with experience in household management, childcare, and driving, and you enjoy working in a family-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you!
