We are looking for committed and customer-orientated individuals to join our team. Support us in maintaining and supporting our customer relationships.
Your tasks include:
Advice and support with customer enquiries: You will be on hand to advise our customers with questions and concerns.
Coordinating and managing customer enquiries and appointments: Efficient organisation and processing of enquiries and appointments via SMS, telephone and email.
Maintaining and processing customer enquiries in the ERP system: Careful recording and processing of all customer enquiries in our ERP system.
Assistance with customer travel planning: Assisting with travel planning, including researching and booking accommodation and trips at home and abroad.
Checking and confirming incoming payments: Checking and confirming incoming payments from our customers.
Maintenance of customer data: Conscientious maintenance and updating of customer data.
What you bring with you:
Experience in telephone customer support: knowledge of supporting and advising customers on the telephone or in similar areas of communication.
Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English, with excellent expression and sound knowledge of spelling and grammar.
Technical skills: Good PC skills, especially in the use of common software.
Personal strengths: Initiative, strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team.
Working style: Independent, careful and responsible way of working as well as a service-orientated mindset.
Reliability: Punctuality and flexibility in working hours.
Personality: Friendly and open demeanour.
