Passionate for developing fitness programs for clients, and helping them to transform their lives through the power of exercise and nutrition. Skilled in functional training (muscular strengthening and developing, body tightening, conditioning, reduction of body fat), weight training and resistance training.

My intention is to enable my clients to change their way of life as simple and realistic as possible by having the privilege of good physical condition in order to have a healthy physical and mental life. I believe we all have the right and deserve the benefit to be in good health and all it entails since our emotional, physical and spiritual health and mood depends on it.
