The successful candidate will work full-time at their new shop, provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot issues, advise clients, and take orders.Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the storeAnswer phones and handle client inquiries professionallyInteract with clients daily, providing support and advice on productsTroubleshoot customer issues and provide solutionsProcess orders accurately and efficientlyMaintain inventory and ensure the store is well-stockedAssist customers with product selection and provide recommendationsHandle cash register transactions and maintain accurate recordsEnsure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealingAssist with receiving and unpacking new stockRequirementsPrevious experience in retail, customer service, or a similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyProficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory managementExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFriendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitudeGood communication skills in English and GreekEnthusiastic, professional and cooperative natureWhat our client Offers:An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according the qualifications and previous experience.Full-time, stable employmentWorking hours will be on a shift basis, Monday-Saturday with total working hours not exceeding 40 hours per weekFull, comprehensive trainingSupportive and friendly work environmentBenefits: 13th Salary
