design and construction of high-quality timber houses. Utilizing premium German materials and unique construction

As we continue to expand our operations in Cyprus, we are seeking a talented and motivated Head Architect to steer

us towards building exceptional homes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Architectural Study and Construction Project Supervision: Lead and supervise architectural studies, ensuring

projects are executed according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

-Preparation of Architectural Plans: Develop detailed architectural drawings using German materials and methods,

ensuring alignment with the project’s vision, local regulatory approvals and client requirements.

-Preparation of Construction Plans: Create comprehensive construction plans, including detailed specifications and

documentation for contractors and subcontractors.

-3D Visualization of Designs (Optional): Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software to visualize design concepts

and present them to clients and stakeholders.

-Application Submission to Planning Authority and Municipality: Prepare and submit all necessary applications to

the relevant planning authorities and municipalities, including building permits and other regulatory approvals.

-Elaboration of Offers to Subcontractors: Develop and evaluate proposals for subcontractors, ensuring competitive

pricing and adherence to project specifications.

-Architectural Design Implementation Study: Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, conducting site

visits and inspections as needed to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

-Submission of Final Designs: Prepare and submit final design documents for approval, ensuring all project

requirements and regulatory standards are met.

-Coordination with Engineers: Work closely with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate and

coordinate design, supervision, and installation processes, ensuring a cohesive approach to project execution.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

-Licensed Architect.

-3+ years of experience in architectural design and construction project management.

-Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

-Strong knowledge of building zones, regulations, and permit processes in Cyprus.

-Excellent project management and organizational skills.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Experience with 3D visualization software is a plus.

-Experience with timber construction is highly desirable.
