Our client is a group of PPC professionals that work across Google Ads, Web Development and Design, Social Media and other Marketing services.They are seeking a talented and experienced PPC Team Leader to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads and PPC campaign management and experience in mentoring / team leading and hiring a PPC team.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Manage PPC Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic to our partners.A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continuously improve performance. This is one of the most important responsibilities. The SEM Specialist must have the ability to create and lead A/B testing projects independently to ensure ongoing optimization and enhancement of campaign performance.Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for campaign optimization.Ad Copywriting: Write compelling and effective ad copy that maximizes CTR and conversion rates.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments. Provide regular reports on KPIs and campaign metrics.Bid Management: Implement effective bid management strategies to optimize ad spend and achieve desired ROI.Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitor PPC strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.Collaboration: Work closely with the PPC team, monetization team, and sales team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and PPC advertising.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads.Experience in mentoring / team leading and hiring the PPC teamSkills:Proficient in Google Ads, including search, display, and video advertising.Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools.Excellent understanding of PPC strategies and bid management techniques.Ability to write persuasive ad copy and create effective ad creatives.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.Certifications: Google Ads Certification is a plus.Technical Skills: Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads) and tools (e.g., SEMrush) is advantageous.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the online casino industry is a bonus but not required.

Other back-office tasks involve the activities of accounts, sales records, and general back-office maintenance.MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES• Input deposit and withdrawal transactions on CRM; verify that amount is also processed on trading system• Maintain credit policy; obtain approval prior to any credit transaction• Enable customer accounts upon initial deposit; disable accounts as per dormant account policy• Monitor client transactions for any suspicious trades• Remain updated on all AML and TF issues and regulations; monitor transactions for irregularities• Reconcile trades/positions between customers and clearers/counter parties• Interface with clearing firms’ operations staff• Generate P&L reports and reconcile with General Ledger• Improve on/implement new back office control processes • Develop/maintain back office procedures manual• Maintain customer files; liaise closely with Compliance to preserve integrity of customer info/transactions• Compile daily and weekly reports as per requirement of Finance ManagerSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:• Ability to conceive/implement new processes as required• Ability to work with spreadsheets/databases required• Detail-oriented/organized/excellent documentation skills required• Experience in middle or back office roles in trading environment required• Knowledge of and experience with investment products preferred• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/related (or relevant work experience) strongly preferred• Excellent communication skills both written and oral• Ability to multitask/prioritize multiple projects required
