Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, along with snacks anddesserts. Must understand the basic objectives, and standard of procedures set outby the outlet Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES● Greeting and serving customers● Preparing customers’ orders timely, deftly and accurately● Knowledge of menu and providing detailed information● Knowledge of methods of coffee and beverage preparation● Maintaining stock levels, supplies and FIFO● Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy work environment by followingorganization standards and sanitation regulations● Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented.● Ensuring the Health and Safety requirements are enforced and maintained● Taking care of the front shop to be always clean and tidy Taking care of thefront shop to be always clean and tidy REQUIREMENTSSkills & Knowledge● English and Greek Language. (Russian Language will be a big plus)● Customer service skills● Good planning, organizational and communication skills● Good knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations Personality characteristics● Team Player● Positive Attitude● Self-motivated● Ability to multitask● Hardworking Level of Experience● Proven working experience as a barista, bartender or similar position
