**Job Vacancy: Store Manager** We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Store Manager to help grow and manage our diverse shop, which includes a convenience store, coffee bar, ice cream counter, crepe station, and sandwich offerings. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of all shop sections. - Manage staff scheduling and ensure smooth shift transitions. - Monitor stock levels, orders, and deliveries. - Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate on marketing strategies and promotions to boost sales. - Handle daily cash reconciliations and financial reporting. - Be present for all day-to-day activities and challenges in the shop. Work Schedule: - Primary shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 6 days per week. Requirements: - Proven experience in retail management or similar roles. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle a variety of tasks. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
