We are a dynamic and growing company offering premium cleaning and property management services and property sales in the Paphos area. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cold Calling & Client Outreach Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses and individuals to offer our cleaning services, as well as engaging with potential clients interested in buying properties in Paphos.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling for Cleaning Services:
Make outbound calls to local businesses and individuals to offer our professional cleaning services.
Explain the benefits and features of our cleaning solutions and tailor your pitch to meet the needs of each prospect.
Build and maintain a strong client base through follow-up calls and appointments.
Cold Calling for Property Sales:
Contact potential property buyers, understanding their preferences and guiding them through available listings in Paphos.
Engage with prospective clients through follow-ups, emails, and calls to ensure strong relationships and increase conversion rates.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns regarding property purchases.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Identify new leads through various sources and tools.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and client details in the CRM system.
Follow up regularly with leads and provide updates on new offers, promotions, and property opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable working with CRM systems
High level of persistence and determination to meet sales targets.
Knowledge of the Paphos real estate market (preferred, but not essential).
Fluent in English (Greek will be considered a plus).
