We are looking for a Russian speaking Financial Director for a Construction Company in Limassol Our dynamically developing construction company invites an experienced financial director to join the team, who will be able to effectively manage financial flows, ensure strategic planning and support stable business growth. Main tasks: • Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy. • Budgeting and control of budget execution. • Cash flow management, risk minimization. • Organization and control of accounting and tax reporting. • Optimization of taxation within the framework of current legislation. • Analysis of financial and economic activities and optimization of costs. • Interaction with banks, investors and other financial institutions. • Participation in the evaluation of investment projects and control of their profitability. Requirements: • Higher education (finance, economics, accounting or related fields). • Experience in a similar position from 5 years, preferably in the construction or development sector. • Knowledge of legislation in the field of taxation and accounting. • Strategic and analytical thinking skills. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
