* Billing Support Agent to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with payment processing, handling billing inquiries, and managing KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. * Job Description: As a Billing Support Agent, you will provide essential support to our clients by processing payments, addressing billing-related questions, and ensuring that KYC documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll be a key part of the customer service team, delivering a high standard of service, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Processing: Assist clients with processing payments for products/services, ensuring that transactions are smooth and error-free.
- Billing Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payment discrepancies, refunds, and account balances via phone, email, and chat.
- KYC Documentation Support: Guide clients through the process of submitting KYC documentation, including verifying identity and other required documents in accordance with company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any payment or billing issues, ensuring timely solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to clients regarding their billing and payment status.
- Compliance & Data Security: Ensure that all client information is handled securely, in line with privacy and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (finance, compliance, and customer service) to address issues and ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and KYC submissions.
* Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or billing role, ideally in a payment processing or financial services environment. Experience with KYC processes is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, especially when verifying KYC documentation and processing payments.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer issues or billing discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with payment systems, CRM tools, and ticketing platforms. Knowledge of common billing systems is a plus.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive experience.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional European languages are a bonus).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards, especially in relation to KYC processes (preferred but not required).
