We're now looking for an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team and help us scale our affiliate program and boost brand awareness across multiple European markets.
* Job Description: As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our affiliate partnerships to drive traffic, increase conversions, and ultimately generate revenue for the business. You’ll work closely with a dedicated marketing team, providing strategic insights to support the growth of our online casino platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in affiliate marketing, particularly in the online gaming or gambling industry, who is eager to grow with a new and ambitious brand.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates, networks, and influencers across European markets.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have all the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Affiliate Communication: Provide affiliates with regular updates, marketing materials, and performance reports to ensure their success.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase affiliate-generated traffic and revenue, and ensure the affiliate program meets or exceeds targets.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all affiliates comply with the brand's terms and conditions and relevant industry regulations. Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and program growth.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure that affiliate promotions align with brand campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
* Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on online casinos or iGaming.
- Knowledge of the Industry: Solid understanding of the iGaming or online casino industry, including relevant affiliate programs, marketing trends, and player acquisition strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data, assess performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Affise, HasOffers), CRM tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
