Chief marketing officer cmo
The CMO will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company's marketing and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive growth
Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy. Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Digital Marketing: Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Product Marketing: Develop and implement product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s products in the market.
Advertising and Promotions: Oversee the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels.
Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers to promote the company’s brand and products.
Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation and performance.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Russian & English; additional languages are an advantage.
