As the Barista Team Leader, you will lead the team in preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, snacks, and desserts while maintaining high standards of quality and service. You will be responsible for ensuring the outlet's operational objectives and standard procedures set by the Manager are adhered to.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the barista team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Accurately and swiftly prepare customers' orders, ensuring high quality.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and provide detailed information on items as needed.

Exhibit expertise in coffee and beverage preparation methods.

Monitor and maintain stock levels, manage supplies, and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment in compliance with company standards and sanitation regulations.

Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP policies, procedures, and codes of practice.

Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly enforced and maintained.

Keep the front shop area clean and tidy at all times, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in English and Greek (knowledge of Russian is a plus).

Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Sound knowledge of hygiene, health & safety standards, and licensing regulations.
