3. Available room
The office room which is currently available can fit 4 people and comes with desks chairs and cabinets and has it own balcony with a sea view.
4. Terms of occupation and services
Tenants may take up occupation by simply completing the license agreement and paying the monthly license fee and two months deposit upfront. The minimum length of the lease is three months and maximum length is twelve months. Both parties to the lease agreement may end the tenancy by giving two months’ notice in writing.
Your monthly incense fee includes:
