The office space comprises a total of 500m² office space on the 4th of the building with a roof garden of an area of 104m² shown with the letter Γ on the attached plans (will be on top of other buildings with nice views)
The office will be of Grade A standards and Category A energy standards, with an open plan with raised
floor, electricity, data, and telephone provisions throughout, with suspended ceilings and lighting,
fully airconditioned with LG cassette-type VRV systems.
