Handyman

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks according to the established standards for various areas within the SOHO Embassy location.

Ensure functionality and safety of all assigned areas, including but not limited to common areas, meeting rooms, offices, and restrooms.

Carry out repairs and maintenance on facilities equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and other installations as needed.

Report any major maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for timely resolution.

Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance, repair work, or a related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship standards.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

Ability to follow instructions and problem-solve effectively.

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy tools or equipment.

Knowledge of safe handling and usage of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

Proficiency in English language preferred.

Eligible to work in Cyprus.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with flexibility for occasional weekends or extended hours based on operational needs.
