Working in a small team your responsibilities will be: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greet and engage customers in the store and on the phone, build customer relationship and keep the store organized / clean. Must be an order seeker and Responsible for interacting with clients and identifying their needs. Assist customers to make informed decisions on vaping devices and liquids. Maintain a strong understanding of all the products. Maintain knowledge of current stock availability on the Shop and backrooms. Actively maintain store appearance, keep merchandise stocked and organized. Troubleshoot issues and resolve where needed. Advise on queries. Opening and closing responsibilities. Work alone and part as a team in a strong manner. Operate the Point of Sale system and process sale transactions. Assist with inventory counts, re-stocking and pricing duty including sale preparation. Available to work hours on weekends / weekdays. Independent & self-managed. Reliable and organized. Qualifications: Secondary Education. (Required) Maintain Good attitude and Helpful Mind set. Excellent verbal communication and people development skills. Work alone and part as a team in a strong manner. Basic IT skills. (Preferred) Greek & English Speaker. (Required) Additional Information: The successful candidate will be trained in the company's standards and procedures. You must have strong vaping experience and pleasant manners with customers.
