Responsibilities:
Serving visitors, providing high quality service and consulting on the range of drinks
Preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with the recipe and standards of the bar
Working behind the bar, including keeping the workplace clean and tidy
Stock management and inventory control
Compliance with all safety rules and regulations when handling alcohol and serving guests
Participating in the development of new cocktails and drinks
Requirements:
Work permit in Cyprus
Good command of English and Russian
At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail culture
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsible attitude to fulfillment of duties
Skills of working with cash register equipment and ability to settle accounts with customers
