*This item is a handcrafted piece of history - very rare and unique worldwide

*Unusual to find such an early Pida chair in such great condition. Carved soft wood and leather strung seat. A very low chair which is as much a work of art as it is usable. Ethnographic and historical interest.

*This is a traditional low height Indian wooden chair ( Tribal Pida ) with carved hand painted back and legs. It has carved turned pillar like legs hand decorated and hand painted in a style similar to that found in parts of Gujarat & Rajasthan. The finish gives the chair a very antique look.

It can be used for pooja, wedding or as antique furniture in your living room.

Made from Teak wood.
