Responsibilities:Full cycle recruitment: sourcing, attracting, assessing candidates, interviewing, making hiring decisionsParticipation in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including the identification of effective talent acquisition channelsCollaboration with line managers to identify staffing needs, assess competencies, and agree on candidate requirementsAssisting teams with recruitment (line personnel, managers etc). Build great relationships with candidates and prepare the future pipelines; be in touch with interesting candidatesAchieving goals and KPIsRelocation support of new hires when neededRecommend enhancements, improvements, and simplifications of existing HR/recruitment processes and proceduresCollaboration with the HR team and work toward making the hiring process more effective & quickerPrepare different reports on requestsParticipation in other HR projects on demand.
