Ειδικότερα θα φροντίζουν για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, την παρασκευή ροφημάτων βάσει προκαθορισμένων συνταγών, την πώληση προϊόντων καφέ και συνοδευτικών προϊόντων φαγητού, καθώς και την διατήρηση ενός καθαρού και φιλικού περιβάλλοντος για τους επισκέπτες των καταστημάτων.
