Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The role will involve a variety of tasks related to garden maintenance, landscaping, and plant care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Garden Maintenance: Regularly trim, mow, weed, and tidy gardens and lawns.

• Plant Care: Plant, prune, water, and fertilize plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs.

• Landscape Design: Assist in the planning and implementation of landscape designs, ensuring aesthetic and functional appeal.

• Soil Management: Assess and improve soil conditions for optimal plant growth.

• Pest & Disease Control: Identify and manage pests, diseases, and other garden issues in an eco-friendly way.

• Equipment Operation: Use and maintain gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Seasonal Maintenance: Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, tree trimming

• Waste Management: Ensure proper disposal of garden waste and ensure the garden is always clean and neat.

• Driver : valid driver's license (b”category) and at least 1 years of experience driving in Cyprus

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a gardener, landscaper, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and landscaping principles.

• Proficiency in using gardening tools and machinery (e.g., lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, etc.).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, well-maintained gardens.

• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients or team members.

• Certification in horticulture or related field is a plus.
