The asset is an agricultural field in Fasoula community, in Limassol district. It is located approx. 1.5 km southeast of the center of the community and 3 km northwest of Agios Athanasios Municipality. The field, with an area of 92,643 m2, has an irregular shape and uneven surface with a southwestern slope. It is landlocked, however 700 m from the Fasoula – Limassol linking road. According to the cadastral plan it abuts to a footpath along its southwestern boundary. It abuts to state land on its northern boundary and through its western boundary passes a footpath, and its surface grows on terraces. The wider area is nature protected and agricultural and consists primarily of vacant parcels of land and fields, sparse arboreal and bushy crops, and several gravel parcels (state land).
