The asset is a field which falls within the administrative boundaries of Psimolofou community, in ‘Merras’ locality, in Nicosia district, approx. 3.75 km east of the traditional core of the community and 2.5 km southwest of Tseri Municipality. The parcel is 6,940 m2, has an irregular shape, uneven surface with a slope from north to south. It is landlocked and far away from essential services, however, within walking distance to a public road. The wider area is livestock and agricultural zone and consists of agricultural crops, livestock farms and vacant parcels of land.
