The asset is the 1/5 undistributed share of an agricultural field that falls within the administrative boundaries of Evrychou community, in ‘Appies’ locality, Nicosia district. It is situated approx. 350m east of the community center and 700m south of the Solea High School premises. The field with a total area of 6,689m2, has an almost rectangular shape with uneven surface with a slope from south to north, and it is vacant. Its northern boundary abuts to the Nicosia – Troodos interurban road, along which there is an isolation strip (restricting access to the main road), while its southwestern boundary abuts to a public green area. Approximately in its middle and southern part, there are dry water streams (running from east to west). Within the field there seems to be number of pine trees and wild vegetation. It is close to services such as water, electricity and telecommunications. The wider area is agricultural and is characterized primarily by pine-covered hills with wild vegetation, sporadic development of houses and plots.
