On behalf of a leading property management firm in Limassol, Cyprus, we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor, to join the rapidly growing team of professionals, that services and monitors commercial and residential houses throughout Cyprus. We are looking for a candidate who aspires for high cleaning standards and is ready to lead a team of people. Responsibilities - Overseeing and guiding a team of cleaners throughout different properties within Limassol - Set high cleaning standards for the team and oversee these are being followed by the crew - Provide cleaning guidelines and assistance to the cleaning crew and educate them when necessary, on different cleaning methods and techniques, as well as on the safe use of cleaning materials - Review cleaning schedules and assign tasks as per the requirements of the ongoing projects - Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials to minimise waste - Inspect cleaning equipment and supplies on a regular basis - Ensure cleaning materials are always in stock - Replenish stock as and when required - Maintain good relationships with the providers of all cleaning materials - Stay up to date with market tendencies for cleaning products and be empowered to always expand knowledge of cleaning safety and techniques - Report to higher management about successful completion of each project, and possible problems that may arise Qualifications - Strong understanding of cleaning materials/ their chemical compounds and safety cleaning procedures of different materials/ surfaces - At least 5 to 6 years of experience in the field of cleaning - Previous working experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable - Fluent Greek, Very good English, Russian would be considered an advantage Important - Enjoy the art of cleaning - Openness to work outside of normal working hours upon an emergency situations - Holder of a driver’s license and vehicle Offering An attractive remuneration plus 13th salary 21 paid holidays Breakfast and lunch at the company If you find this position of interest and believe it represents your background and expertise, please send your CV with one paragraph statement, as to why you believe you are suitable for this role, to
