In this role, you will play a vital part in managing our affiliate network's operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Business Analytics Manager, you'll contribute to the success of our operations by overseeing daily procedures and facilitating effective communication between affiliates and our internal teams.Main Responsibilities:Generate daily reports on affiliate activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Monitor affiliate quality and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Evaluate client responses and reasons for engagement, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Provide feedback to affiliates to optimize performance and enhance client satisfaction.Coordinate the allocation of traffic to respective offices or brands based on performance.Address affiliate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support affiliate operations and program objectives.
