The Risk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the Company. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure theCompany’s financial and operational stability while complying with industry regulations. Job ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally with teams in other jurisdictions to create a cohesive global risk management framework that align with the Company’s objectives, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency in risk assessment and mitigation efforts across the businessPrepare comprehensive risk reports and present findings to senior management and the board of directors to facilitate informed decision-makingConduct thorough risk assessments by evaluating various factors, including market risks, credit risks, liquidity risks, operational risks, and regulatory risksContinuously monitor the Company's risk profile and financial exposures, using advanced analytics and reporting tools to detect potential issues in a timely mannerDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, including the establishment of risk limits and the development of risk mitigation plans.Examination of the ongoing capital adequacy compliance and the financial results of the CIFStay current with regulations and collaborate with the compliance department to address regulatory requirements.Perform stress tests and scenario analysis to evaluate the Company's resilience to adverse events and identify areas for improvementOversee the assessment and management of risks associated with third-party vendors, ensuring that vendor relationships align with the Company's risk appetiteDevelop and maintain an effective incident response plan to address operational risk incidents promptly, minimize their impact, and prevent recurrenceCollaborate closely with other key functions, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations, to ensure a holistic approach to risk managementParticipation in the risk management committee.RequirementsUniversity Degree in Risk Management, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or related field.
