Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media and influencers to promote the company’s brand and products. Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation and performance. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
