We are currently looking for a new team member for our HR department and hope this person will greatly support the whole team and organization. We believe it will suit somebody who is proactive and would like to do a variety of functions daily, prefers to be a part of a fast-growing ambitious company, and is not scared to face a fast-changing environment. Responsibilities: Creating and posting advertisements to attract suitable candidates (line personnel) Source potential candidates through online channels (job portals, social networks) Review and screen resumes and job applications Conduct initial online interview to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Formation of personnel reserve Achieving goals and KPIs Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Recruiter position Experienсе with mass recruitment, excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (ATS), such as PeopleForce and etc Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity English at B2 level (Greek and Russian is a plus) What we offer: Comfortable office in Limassol Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and professional development The chance to make a significant impact on the company's growth We appreciate your interest in joining our team and look forward to reviewing your application.
