Cyprus Luxury Properties are looking for a confident outgoing person to run our rental department, the successful applicant must have good communication and organisation skills.*Full training will be given.*Support in finding clients and properties as well as dealing with existing clients and properties.*Flexible working hours from home or office.Basic salary plus commission.Requirements.Fluent Russian/English speaking, Greek also an advantage.Sales experience in the Cyprus real estate industry.Must have for the real estate assistance licence, School leaving certificate, social insurance number.Social media marketing knowledge and experience would be an advantage.Responsibilities.1) Working with all our rental clients and owners to include viewings, taking photos and listing properties on the website and other portals.2) Sourcing rental properties, taking photos and listing properties on the website and other portals.There would also be other opportunities within the sales department and marketing, this will be discussed during the interview.
