Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for preparing and executing menu items to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook all menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Manage prep work for daily service (meats, burgers, sauces, sides, etc.)
Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation
Ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times
Keep your workstation clean and organized
Support the team with ideas, efficiency, and positive energy
Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen (grill or BBQ experience is a plus)
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Passion for good food and quality cooking
