Key Responsibilities:

Prepare rental agreements while providing tailored advice and upselling vehicles and optional extras to meet customer needs.

Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Meet or exceed sales and service standards.

Complete administrative tasks, including daily reports to support branch operations.

Communicate in a friendly and helpful manner via phone and email.

Assist with the return and turnaround of vehicles as required.

Perform additional job duties as assigned to fulfill business needs.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred experience in sales quota achievement or in highly commissioned roles.

Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Capacity to adhere to specified service and sales procedures.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Capability to manage stressful or unique situations while maintaining excellent customer service.
