We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Operation Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our business development teams in the SEA region. This key leadership role combines operational oversight of the local teams, KPI management and performance review with close day-today communication with CEO and COO.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the CFD industry, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to foster relationships with potential partners while driving local teams to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management
• Oversee the performance of business development teams in Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
• Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for local teams based on personal expertise in the APAC market.
• Monitor team performance daily via dashboards, calls, and other tracking tools to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards to track and report team performance metrics effectively.
• Provide structured, regular reporting to the CEO and COO regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Leadership & Strategy
• Lead, inspire, and mentor local business development teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to align team efforts with overall business goals.
• Identify and address challenges within the teams, proposing solutions and driving improvements.
Business Development & Partner Management
• Meet with potential IB partners, demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Evaluate the quality and potential of IB partners, identifying those with high strategic value.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the CFD industry, ensuring competitive edge in negotiations and partnerships.
• Contribute to sales and business development strategies, leveraging local market insights and experience.
Travel & Regional Presence
• Be prepared to travel frequently within Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam to support teams, meet partners, and attend industry events.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in CFD industry.
• Proven ability to define and implement KPIs for business development teams in the APAC/SEA region.
• Advanced skills in using dashboards, CRMs, and data visualization tools for performance tracking.
• Experience leading and managing multicultural teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and preparing structured performance reports.
• Willingness to travel across Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam for business purposes.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is required; additional languages are a plus
