Duties:
- Ensure that the culinary standards across all F&B departments consistently meet the requirements set by the F&B policies
- Safeguard the hotel’s reputation by maintaining high-quality culinary products at all times
- Keep the recipe library and plate specifications updated as per the Executive Chef’s guidelines
- Have a clear understanding of food costs
- Complete the daily operational tasks as outlined by the Executive Chef
- Train and manage the kitchen team (Cooks A’, B’, C’, trainees, and stewarding staff) to exceed guest expectations
- Undertake any other relevant tasks assigned by the Executive Chef
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel
- A degree in Culinary Arts or a hospitality-related qualification is preferred
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek or any additional language is considered an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in managing staff relations and handling guest concerns
- Computer literacy
