Job Role
- Ensure that service standards are consistently met in line with the F&B standards and hotel policies
- Assist in the daily operations of the bar outlet to exceed guest expectations and satisfaction
- Maintain a quality-driven approach, critically evaluating all aspects of the food and beverage operation to ensure maximum productivity
Duties
- Oversee the setup, breakdown, and service of the workstation, following instructions from the Bar Manager
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when greeting and serving guests
- Possess knowledge of all food and beverage items, including their ingredients and preparation methods
- Follow consistent and correct service techniques for drinks and cocktail preparation in accordance with F&B standards
- Develop new cocktail recipes
- Attend daily or weekly departmental meetings as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Bar Manager
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related qualification is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus
