We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to support both personal and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help manage day-to-day activities, such as scheduling, coordinating personal services, and handling light errands. If you’re detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoy managing multiple tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Calendar Management & Scheduling:

- Manage and coordinate calendars for personal and professional appointments.

- Schedule and follow up on medical, spa, business and personal appointments.

2. Home Services Coordination:

- Arrange home services such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

- Communicate with vendors and contractors to ensure services are completed.

3. Personal Errands (with transportation refunds):

- Shopping for groceries or personal items.

- Picking up and dropping off dry cleaning.

- Dropping cars off at the mechanic.

Additional (Optional) Responsibilities (not mandatory but a plus)

- IT and Computer knowledge (Programming skills is a big plus)

- Following up with contacts or clients and redirecting them to agents as necessary.

- Conducting research on topics like vacation spots, investment opportunities, and vendor sourcing.

- Ensuring delegated tasks are completed on time and providing progress updates.

Requirements

- Location: Must be based in Cyprus.

- Language: Perfect command of English is essential. Knowledge of Greek is a plus but not required.

- Previous experience in a personal assistant or similar role is preferred.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Flexibility in handling both personal and professional tasks.

- A reliable mode of transportation for completing in-person errands.

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.

- Task based depending the complexity of the task.

- Transportation refunds will be provided for personal errands.
