Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-13:00 and 14:30-17:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/ receivable, issuing invoices, receipts, recording expenses and payroll.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers and clients for financial matters.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Eurosoft), MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
