We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the role of Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants, restaurant and store, including liaising with landlords and service providers

Guaranteeing the availability of necessary resources and equipment for employ

Conducting minor repairs on premises and furniture

Organizing and coordinating repair work with maintenance teams

Efficiently controlling expenses for materials and resources

Requirements:

Work permit in Cyprus

Intermediate English language

Previous experience in a similar position

Knowledge of engineering and communication networks

Ability to perform minor repairs independently

Possession of a driver's license or access to a personal vehicle
