Property Maintenance and Management We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance and Management Specialist to ensure our short-term rental properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance and readiness of rental properties. Collaborate with the cleaning team to ensure properties are spotless and guest-ready. Maintain clean and well-kept gardens and pool areas. Inspect and ensure all facilities are in perfect working condition before each guest's arrival. Perform or coordinate minor repairs as needed. Address any immediate issues or guest concerns during their stay to ensure a seamless experience.Qualifications: Experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or a similar field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Housekeeping manager for holiday properties

We are an established company specialising in short term holiday rentals. From the initial property cleaning and maintenance whenever required, we ensure the holiday properties are places offering a great experience for our guests. This job position involves driving the cleaning crew to the designated property, checking our cleaners have performed excellently both at their cleaning duties but also at our HK store for the laundry and ironing of linen/towels. The Role:As a Housekeeping Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our property environments. Your attention to detail and regular inspections will be key to ensuring our high standards are consistently upheld.* Conducting thorough inspections of cleaning and maintenance tasks carried out by suppliers and cleaning team across different holiday properties in Limassol & suburbs.* Ensuring that all holiday properties, meet strict cleanliness and hygiene standards.* Documenting inspection outcomes, noting any areas that need improvement, and reporting them to the relevant team members.* Evaluating the effectiveness of cleaning processes and suggesting improvements as needed.* Managing inventory checks to ensure cleaning supplies and other resources are well-stocked and organised.About You:* Experience is preferable but not required. Training will be provided. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.* Ability to work independently and make decisions as required.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* A solid understanding of health and safety.* Physically capable of travelling between multiple locations in the city and suburbs.* A valid driving licence.What We Offer:* Salary to be discussed according to qualifications and skills.* Maximum 8 hours work per day.* 1 Day off per week* 21 Days paid vacations per year* 13th Salary* Social Insurance & Gesy contributions.* Company Mobile phone.Other Things to Know:* This job position involves working in weekends or holidays.* If with your own car: petrol, car service & maintenance is covered by the company.
