Job Overview:

Crystec Spas is looking for driven and motivated Sales Executives for our Paphos and Larnaca showrooms. We are seeking one candidate for each showroom who is ambitious, enthusiastic about sales, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in the showroom, guiding customers through our range of hot tubs.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products to offer informed advice and solutions.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns professionally.

• Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

• Work collaboratively with the showroom team to achieve collective sales goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in a retail or showroom setting.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Self-driven with a keen interest in meeting and surpassing sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
