**What You'll Do:**
As a BDR at BridgerPay, you’ll be at the heart of our growth efforts—finding new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to fine-tune our strategies and help us connect our cutting-edge payment solutions with the right audience.
**Your Main Tasks:**
- **Lead Generation:** Identify new business leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- **Market Research:** Stay on top of industry trends and what the competition is up to.
- **Client Engagement:** Reach out to potential clients and offer customized solutions.
- **Relationship Building:** Maintain and grow client relationships throughout the sales process.
- **Collaboration:** Team up with others to improve our messaging and service offerings.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
- Knowledge of the payment industry is a plus
- Experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage
