-At least 1 year experience at 5* hotel in Health and Safety/ HACCP-Excellent knowledge of Greek and English-A comprehensive understanding of hygiene practices, enabling development of continuous performance improvement plans covering efficiency of clean, time management-Free meals on/off duty

-At least 2 years of previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor at a 5* hotel-Extensive F&B knowledge-Fluency in English and Greek -BSc Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts or Bar related courses, will be considered as an advantage
