I'm renting out my second bedroom for longterm. The minimum amount of time to stay is 1 month. If you plan to stay longer, we can negotiate the rent.
I'm 34 years old and working from home most of the days. Currently a woman lives in the room, but it's available for men and women. When you come to visit the place, you can talk to her as well and ask her about her stay with me.
The room will be available from the 20th of November 2024 for open end. No plans on my side to move.
In the rent is included:
electricity
water
WIFI
soap for washing machine and dishwasher
Using the kitchen and appliances as well as the TV in the Livingroom and the projector at the terrasse (only after sunset).
The only thing extra is the electricity of your AC in your bedroom. AC in all the other rooms is on me. All the lights and AC can be controlled from the phone. You can see the electricity consumption of your AC in your app.
Usually on bazaraki the location is wrong. My location on the map is exactly, where the house is.
