They already has more than 60 well-established partners in the casino vertical. Licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus and Israel, they are in a fantastic position to continue their rapid global growth.They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Manager Team Leader to join their team in Limassol.Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and oversee the daily operations of the Account Managers team. Build and nurture a high-performing team of Account Managers that handle B2B clients. Ensure the success and development of each Account Manager in retaining, growing, and developing the portfolio of existing and new partners.Client Relationship Development: Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with key B2B accounts. Work closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen existing relationships. Regularly conduct client review meetings and ensure the efficient handling of client requirements.Revenue Growth & Upselling: Proactively work to up-sell existing B2B clients with new products and premium offerings. Collaborate with clients to expand the product footprint in their businesses, driving revenue targets for each partner.Collaboration Across Departments: Ensure smooth cooperation between Account Managers and other departments such as the Product team, CRM team, Operations team, and Compliance team to address client inquiries and concerns effectively. Act as a liaison to streamline communication and task coordination across teams.Client Management & Reporting: Manage multiple clients professionally and ensure organized operations. Create and maintain a backlog of client needs, oversee daily marketing and business activities, and prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), monthly figures, and partner queries to the Head of Sales and/or CEO.Target & KPI Achievement: Ensure individual and team targets are met, working towards achieving departmental KPIs. Oversee revenue generation and deliverables, ensuring each account manager is aligned with business goals.Partner Development & Training: Develop a deep understanding of the partners’ marketing strategies and business needs. Identify and train potential candidates for the Account Manager team while promoting internal growth within the team members.Communication Excellence: Maintain high-quality ongoing communication between Account Managers and partners. Ensure client inquiries are addressed in a timely manner and foster strong relationships to maximize client satisfaction and retention.Event Representation & Travel: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase company products and services. Engage with potential clients and partners and promote the company’s offerings. Be available to travel for business meetings and events as required.Requirements3+ years in team leadership, preferably in Account Management or B2B services.Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.University/college education is preferred.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.Ability to manage and resolve client inquiries promptly.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Additional languages are a plusExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience working with CRM software (i.e., Asana) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentAttention to detail and quality of workEuropean citizenship
