Currently we are seeking an experienced SMM marketer for several projects of group of companies PUNIN GROUP: Mixology Bar by PUNIN, Toy Confectionery by PUNIN, and wine boutique PUNIN WINE.

Responsibilities:

Developing SMM Strategy: define goals, audience, platforms, and approaches for effective brand promotion

Content Creation: prepare posts, images, videos, infographics, and other materials for social media publication

Planning and Publishing: create a content plan for publications and regularly update social media accounts

Analysis and Reporting: monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.), analyze data, and provide reports to management

Audience Interaction: respond to comments and messages, conduct surveys and contests, and maintain dialogue with followers

Working with bloggers and influencers: find and collaborate with opinion leaders to increase reach and trust in the brand

Competitor Analysis: research competitors' activities on social media and adapt successful practices

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in marketing/SMM marketing

Experience working in a marketing agency will be an advantage

Portfolio of projects you have managed and promoted, with examples of your creative work and effectiveness assessments

Ability to use analytics systems and extract audience information from various tools and data sets

Proficiency in English and Russian at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
