We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Real Estate Operation Director. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential development opportunities Assess financial feasibility and risks associated with each project Stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations impacting real estate development Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and industry professionals Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster successful project outcomes Build and lead a high-performing real estate development team Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members for professional growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
