Our client is a leading affiliate marketing company specializing in the online casino industry. Their mission is to drive high-quality traffic to their partner casinos through strategic pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and innovative marketing solutions. With a deep understanding of the online gaming landscape, they leverage data-driven insights and cutting-edge technologies to maximize revenue and deliver exceptional results for their clients.

They’re currently looking to add a new member to their team. The Monetization Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing performance metrics, campaign optimization, and identifying new opportunities for growth and revenue enhancement.

Job Responsibilities

Develop Monetization Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive monetization strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.

Optimization: Evaluate and enhance current partnerships to ensure maximum profitability and ROI.

Analyse Performance Data: Conduct detailed analysis of campaigns performance data, media team, and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Innovate and Test: Propose and test new monetization models, strategies, and technologies to enhance revenue streams.

Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align monetization strategies with overall company goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Monitor and Report: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization efforts. Provide regular updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

Ability to develop and implement effective monetization strategies

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.

Industry Experience: Experience in the online casino affiliate marketing industry.
